Massage — a set of methods of mechanical and reflex impact on fabrics and bodies in the form of grinding, pressure, the vibrations which are carried out directly on a surface of a body of the person for the purpose of achievement of medical or other effect. External irritations are perceived by receptors of skin and muscles, reflex points, and transferred to the central nervous system.

Massage makes the weakening impact that positively influences activity of all physiological systems of an organism.
For the last 30 years treatment by massage reached strong position in medicine. Now it is used as a remedy at many diseases.

The main effect from massage consists in blood circulation improvement. Overfatigue of muscles leads to accumulation of metabolites in them (by-products of reduction of muscles) and toxins.
