Maintenance of software products

Process of maintenance is necessary owing to susceptibility of software products to changes throughout their life cycle and consists in change of the text and setting up programs for their further improvement. The purpose of process of maintenance is modification of the software product at preservation of its integrity. This process controls operation of the software product, problems for the analysis are registered, the warning and correcting actions, and also actions for adaptation and improvement of the software product are taken. We offer four main types of maintenance: annual subscription to updates of the software; telephone and Internet maintenance; adaptive maintenance; full maintenance. Except the main types of maintenance the additional functions which are not maintenance – personal consultation of users and consultation of users by phone can be applied.
