Why add flocks in self-leveling floors?

As used in the self-leveling floors flocks?

Chips should be applied to the second layer of polymer coating. If you do not have enough experience with the chips, it makes sense to work out, scattering them on a clean, dry surface. Flocks are applied to fresh, pre-prepared by piercing a needle roller cover.

1. The first method consists in applying the chips that do not scatter flocks over a floor surface, and by throwing up, i.e. scatter on site. Material consumption is 20 - 80 c. to sq.m.
2. In the second method flocks poured onto the surface of a solid polymer coating layer. Flow rate - 80 - 100 c. in sq. m.
3. The third method requires a pneumatic spray gun - pistoflok. With it, the chips are driven in an air jet array polymeric coating. Flow rate - 200 - 400 c. in sq. m.

After filling chips, the floor must dry for at least 6 hours, but not more than 24 hours. Then the floor is cleaned: using the first and second methods - brushing, applying, where necessary, a knife for cutting the irregularities; with a third method - and sandpaper spatula removing superfluous particles which are not completely glued to the floor. Fine work completed by removing dust from the surface of the floor and lacquering in 1-2 layers. Drying each lacquer layer should be at least 6 hours.
