The device automatic for determination of temperatures of crystallization and freezing (EXPRESS METHOD) (GOST 5066-91, GOST P 53706-2009, GOST 18995.5-73, ISO 3013, ASTM D2386-06)

The device Lintel the Crystal-20E according to MI 2418-97 "Classification and application of technical means of tests of oil and oil products" (are put into operation by the order of the Chairman Gosstandart of the Russian Federation No. 337 from 30.04.98g.) is means of tests. The device is intended for the accelerated determination of temperatures of the beginning of crystallization and freezing both light oil products, and anti-icing liquids according to requirements of standards. The device works in the automatic and manual modes.

AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS OF THE DEVICE:

• continuous hashing of a sample during all test;
• cooling of a sample before emergence of crystals and fixing of temperatures: beginnings of crystallization, minimum and maximum;
• heating of a sample to disappearance of crystals and fixing of temperature of freezing;
• the device builds schedules of temperature and transparency of a sample during test;
• display of information on the course and results of test on the liquid crystal 4th lower case display;
• storing, possibility of viewing and the press through the serial port RS-232 to 300 results of tests;
• results of test can automatically be transferred from the device to the personal computer on a radio channel through a subsystem of the wireless interface "PBI Lintel-Link" which is got separately.

MANUAL MODE:

• continuous hashing of a sample during all test;
• cooling or heating of a sample at the command of the operator;
• illumination of a sample at visual supervision;
• is defined visually and temperature of the beginning of crystallization and temperature of freezing at the command of the operator is fixed.
