Lines for production of vegetable oil

Universal complete mini-lines (productivity from 50 to 400 kg/h on sunflower seeds), industrial options of plants of production of press vegetable oil (productivity is from 30 tons/days and above). An exit of press sunflower oil (at a hot method) - 40-41, (at a maslyanichnost of seeds - 48%).
Industrial options of plants include the following technological lines (production phases):

• the line of preparation (cleaning degree of cleaning of seeds at the exit more than 99,5%)
• peeling of seeds (a pod share in a kernel less than 6%, a kernel share in pod - less than 0,05%)
• plyushcheny kernels (at the exit a myatka thickness 0,3-0,4mm)
• line of pressing (steaming of a myatka, her pressing, oil filtration)
• the line of extraction of oil from cake (an oil ostatochnost in meal - 1%)
• line of refining and winterization; line of deodorization; line of bleaching.
