Description
Oracal 8500
The translucent translyutsentny light-scattering film which is evenly scattering light with the silky and opaque surface preventing undesirable reflections with the polymeric not changing softeners providing uniform coloring both in reflected, and in direct light. It is steady against the UF-radiation, atmospheric actions, against the majority of oils, fuels, weak acids, alcohols, solvents and salts. The reduced gloss of a surface allows to avoid undesirable patches of light. After gluing in the cross direction shrinkage is not observed, in longitudinal - shrinkage <0,15%. Scope:
It is specially developed for production of signs, plafonds with internal illumination, volume light letters, difficult registration of the shining advertizing on the basis of silicate and quartz glass, acryle, and also polycarbonate. High Elasticity gives the chance to use it on flexible surfaces such as banners and oning with internal illumination.
Color remains invariable both at internal, and at external lighting.
Material: Silnokleyashchayasya soft PVC film.
Glue: Polyacrylic ester of long-term action.
Substrate: Silikonizirovanny paper, 137 g/m2.
Service life: - 7 years.
Film thickness: 0,08 mm (without a protective substrate and glue).
Application temperature: -40 °C... +80 °C.
Gluing temperature: from +8 °C.
Roll size: Width - 100 cm; length - 50 m.
ORACAL 8500 Translucent
Folie adeziva din PVC (amestec monomer/polimer) cu grosimea de 80 microni, cu adeziv permanent, poliacrilic pe baza de solvent. Folia are o buna rezistenta la solventi si chimicale.
Este disponibila in role cu lungimea de 50 m si latimi de 1000 mm si se comercializeaza la metraj.
Paleta coloristicacuprinde 55 de culori.
Se prelucreaza la cutter-plotter, iar varianta alba se poate imprima cu cerneluri pe baza de rasini.
Durabilitateain exterior a foliei neprintate este de 7 ani pentru alb, negru si colorate si 5 ani pentru culorile metalice.

Nota:Datorita diversitatii de materiale flexibile existente pe piata, utilizatorii trebuie sa testeze compatibilitatea dintre folie si materialul flexibil, inainte de utilizare.
