The semi-automatic lentochnopilny machine on JET MBS-2026DAS metal. Smooth adjustment of speed of rotation of a cloth. Rise and lowerings of a saw frame from the panel in the debugging mode. Also on the panel start of a cycle, start-up of hydraulics and inclusion SOZH.
The cut counter, and also programmable height of kickback of a saw frame after the termination of a cut. It allows to reduce time of the single courses of the machine.
Completely hydraulic vice.
The brush established on the machine guarantees cleaning of a cloth of large shaving which will not be washed up by SOZH.
Besides the directing bearings crackers which guarantee that the cloth will have 90 degrees in relation to preparation are in addition established. And adjustment of a guide is required for an exhibition of diameter of a pileniye to reduce wear of a cloth.
The warning system about mistakes is located on the panel of the machine and to allow to see mistakes in operation of the machine.
