Korreks

Different producers interpret the concept "korreks" in different ways. One — as the packing having unlimited quantity of cells for piece confectionery, mainly for candies. Others — in a broad sense, understanding under korreksy packing which can be used bukval but for everything, anything, beginning from the packaged salads and finishing with perfumery.

As material for production of korreks serve films of PVH, PS, OPS, software and PET today.

Products from PVC film possess high rigidity, durability and at the same time elasticity. PVC — the best option in case the thermoformed packing is used as external (for example, for cakes) and does not assume special "delicacy" in respect of registration.

The European producers use generally more eco-friendly materials — software and PET. In Ukraine and Russia polypropylene is used a little so far that is connected mainly with a lack of the country of the equipment capable mobile to work with this type of a film. The most perspective material for production of korreks call PET possessing high technical and creative characteristics today. PET-films are easily metallized without preliminary processing. PET has high elasticity, but is unstable to mechanical deformations. That, using PET to provide the rigidity of packing similar to rigidity of packing from PVC, much thicker film is required.

Today the design of korreks is mainly "game" with a form.

Candy korreksa are, as a rule, the internal packing repeating a box form. They can have as a traditional rectangular shape that is the most convenient when transporting, and non-standard — a circle or a segment of a circle, an oval, a polygon — and even an irregular figured shape. The form of a cell is defined by a form of the packed product. However, the universal form of a cell for products of a different form is sometimes offered (for example, in square cells candies of a round form can be located).
