Measuring complex of the top dosed filling low - viscous nonaggressive liquids with the commercial account in volume and mass units, ASN - 5VG the Du100 module with the volume counter or a mass flowmeter of Coriolis type, with the pump for land tanks, the serving one compartment and/c on the one hand a bulk island.

Safety:

Measuring complexes are made according to requirements of industrial safety and ensure the maximum safety at operations of discharge filling of oil products.


The following decisions are applied to safety of filling:
- the grounding block with definition of electric capacitance of a tanker truck and control of a chain of grounding has function of recognition of a tanker truck from the grounded metal construction -
- restriction of speed of filling during the initial and final stage of filling according to rules of the state standards is provided (in order to avoid emergence of static electricity) -
- the bulk telescopic tip is equipped with the self - braking winch for an omitting and raising of a telescopic pipe with the sensor -
- the general tire of grounding which both external, and internal plugs join.

Complexes are equipped with the sensors providing the automatic termination of filling:
- at achievement of the set dose -
- at operation of the sensor of restriction of level -
- in 20 sec. after the termination of a stream from a flowmeter -
- at grounding violation (the complex is equipped with the device of grounding of tanker trucks) -
- at manual shutdown of the pump -
- at shutdown of process of filling by the operator from a filling post -
- at shutdown of process of filling by the operator from the STOP button on a bulk tip -
- remotely from PDU or the computer located in operator in the automatic mode or the operator at an emergency according to technological regulations -
- when receiving a signal from gas contamination sensors -
- at operation of the sensor of existence of a product in the filter a gas separator that testifies to lack of a product in the filter or a large amount of air in it.
The device of grounding of tanker trucks does not grant permission for filling a product at incomplete grounding.

Environmental friendliness:

Tightness of joining of ASN with a tanker truck is provided with use of covers of compartments of a tanker truck with the unified sizes of a jellied mouth and the condensing cover of a bulk tip.


The bulk tip with a jellied mouth of a cover of a tanker truck is docked by turn of two levers and provides absolute tightness in comparison with conical consolidation at which about 50% of the forced - out steam - air mix are released into the atmosphere.
Bulk struts are equipped by figurative kaplesbornik.


Withdrawal of PVS from a filling zone when filling a tanker truck through a special sleeve "on a candle" or to installation to installation of recovery of vapors is provided.

Application of the complex measuring scheme consisting of the pump, a flowmeter of the valve of the splitter and the operating controller allows to achieve the maximum accuracy at the dosed holiday of oil products in tanker trucks with an accuracy of 0,15% on volume and 0,25% on weight (at the order of ASN with a mass flowmeter).
Adjustment of an expense and maintenance of constant productivity of filling is carried out in the program way and allows to make control of an expense for the concrete technological pipeline of an object, taking into account height of a vzliv in the tank and to minimize hydroblows that increases dispensing accuracy.

The "Automated Workplace of the Operator of Filling Discharge" software product provides remote diagnostics of operation of the equipment of installations of filling at connection of the Internet, and also supports control of the equipment for dispensing of additives when receiving branded fuels.

ON "an automated workplace of the operator of filling discharge" it is possible to enter into structure of SCADA of systems.

Reliability:

Reliable controlled giving of a product. Tightness of hinged connections. Protection against corrosion and safety of appearance is reached by application of the following methods: zinc covering in the hot way, bead - blasting processing and covering two - component enamel.

Technical solutions of ASN:

For reduction of commissioning, installation consists of separate modules which in the course of production are joined with each other, are tested on a real product and are delivered to the customer.


The measuring Du100 ASN - module complex, has the distributed management on the basis of field controllers which is responsible for functions of safety, the grounding and a modulation, accuracy of a holiday united in the general information network to which any additional component can be at any time connected and by means of a configurator is included in an algorithm of the software product providing installation functioning.


Hermetically the closed installation cavities with the measured product are equipped with waste valves via which liquid as a result of temperature influence is dumped. Dumping is made in special capacities.


Installation is completed with drainage system and the tight pallet, on a case of its repair, replacement of high - wear parts in which liquid from internal cavities for an exception of its hit on the soil and the environment merges.


Pump blocks are completed with compensators for accession to the giving pipeline for an exception of temperature influences at operation, and also for an exception of assembly tension at accession to the pipeline.

Additional functions (by the additional order by delivery of sensors of a gas contamination):
- the sensor of a gas contamination provides information output on the operating controller with formation of the alarm system -
- the light - sound alarm system GAZ on the ASN platform precautionary - 10% of NKPR and preemergency - 20% of NKPR -
