INSURANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY OF HAULERS (CMR)

Covers property and financial interests of haulers as a result of transportation of goods on the basis of the signed contracts.

The covered risks:

• loss and/or damage of the freight accepted for shipment;
• financial losses — mistakes and omissions;
• responsibility to the third parties (in case of damage of freight);
• the expenses incurred for minimization of damage.

The territory of action a strakhovniya corresponds to territorial limits specified in an insurance pole.

The insurance period - 1 year.

The insurance premium decides in dependences of an otlimit of responsibility, the number of vehicles, the nomenclature of freights (usual freights or freights on the increased risk), etc.
