The device is used to thermomarking of pipes. When the matrix nestles on a pipe - they begin to move together. Then the pneumatic cylinder returns a matrix in a starting position. The device uses a safe method of the press which excludes the pollution peculiar at use of ink on the basis of solvent. The principle of its work is very simple. The thermopress is carried out by means of a heated matrix which presses the painting tape to a pipe. At the same time paint stiffens almost instantly. The print turns out accurate, easily readable, steady against friction, is not dissolved by fats and condensate. The thermopress - one-color (use of a tape of any flowers is possible).
