Installation of a heat-insulated water floor in examples

Before works you need to provide to designers exact information on the object: drawings of rooms with the indication of the sizes, heights, the list of all materials used in construction of walls, roofs, and also coefficients of resistance of windows, etc. We have to count heatlosses of your rooms, issue schemes of an apportion of pipes, count hydraulics and prompt to you whether there will be enough water heat-insulated floor for heating of your house or it is necessary to warm walls in addition.

If you decided to do a water heat-insulated floor it is necessary to consider the following:

  1. Installation of heat-insulated floors water and its filling by concrete provides rise in level of a clean floor on 10-13 cm, depending on number of storeys of the room and specifications.
  2. It is impossible to save on a heater, the better you warm external walls and a floor, the less it is necessary to pay for heating in use.
  3. It is necessary to decide on a finishing covering for a heat-insulated floor at once (a tile, a stone, marble, linoleum, a laminate or a parquet or a carpet.
  4. It is better to put sensors of adjustment of temperature in each room, further it is possible to reduce temperature in non-residential premises and to receive additional economy.
  5. When filling pipes of a heat-insulated floor cement and sand solution it is necessary to add softener that at operation a floor did not crack with temperature loadings.
  6. After filling of a cement and sand coupler 21 days it is impossible to lay a finishing covering on the floor - it is necessary that moisture evaporated from a coupler, and a floor gained durabilities. After 21 days it is recommended to make temperature warming up, and after it it is possible to stack a finishing covering.
  7. The specialist of the company or the assembly organization which was trained and having the license for installation has to do installation of a water heat-insulated floor. Do not trust installation to casual people, t.k in this case the guarantee vanishes.

It is necessary not to forget about preliminary conditions for installation also:

  • All windows and doors that there was no draft have to be mounted and the coupler of a heat-insulated floor did not dry too quickly.
  • All distributings of water supply, the sewerage, the main pipelines have to be mounted before filling of pipes of a heat-insulated floor.
  • All walls have to be plastered.
  • On a draft coupler for a heat-insulated floor there should not be differences that at a thermal insulation apportion under it there were no air emptiness.
  • Voltage of 220 V has to be brought to object.

Further we will describe how there is an installation of a heat-insulated floor water. In the beginning on room perimeter to a wall the regional insulating tape which accepts all thermal expansions of a heat-insulated floor at operation fastens. Then thermal insulation is displayed. The designer has to choose thickness of thermal insulation from calculations for your house. Thermal insulation needs to be pasted to a draft floor that there were no air cavities under isolation. On thermal insulation the film waterproofing, 0,2 mm thick is spread. It prevents hit of moisture from a coupler under thermal insulation. On a waterproofing according to settlement schemes it is mounted pipes of a heat-insulated floor. For fastening of pipes use the steel tightening tire which in addition reinforces a coupler. The step of laying of pipes is chosen by results of payments with the Multiplaner program depending on thermal losses of the room. Pipes stack according to the theory of thermal modulation, i.e. begin an apportion with a regional zone near external walls and windows with the maximum settlement step of laying. The essence of the theory of thermal modulation consists that it is necessary to give more heat to those zones where the maximum heatlosses, i.e. near external walls and windows. Near internal walls the step of laying is less as in internal zones and heatlosses it is less.

After installation of pipes for a heat-insulated floor hydraulic tests are carried out with an internal pressure of 4-6 atm. After check of system on tightness of a pipe cover with cement and sand solution. The coupler has to dry in the natural way 21 days after filling of pipes. After this term thermal warming up of a floor with gradual addition of temperature of giving of the heat carrier is carried out to a floor by 5 degrees a day. Then also gradually there is a cooling process. After warming up and cooling of a coupler it is possible to stack any finishing covering on it. After a while, when the finishing covering will be ready, it is possible to start also system of heating warm floors.

In need of or at the request of the customer we also mount pipes on walls and a ceiling. At the same time the principle of installation is similar that it is described above for a heat-insulated floor.

The company also offers a double all-weather heating system of the building: in the winter - heating by means of heat-insulated floors and walls, and in the summer - cooling through the same system, but instead of the hot heat carrier it is necessary to give the cold carrier to pipes in the summer. The thermal pump which in summertime works in reverse mode is ideally suited for cooling with summer and heat is taken away in soil. It is also possible to use special refrigerating units where the cold carrier will cool down.

The only difference of heating and cooling are devices of adjustment of temperature in rooms. When cooling there can be a condensate on a floor, walls and windows therefore devices of adjustment of temperature have to have sensors of moisture and at emergence of condensate to close a channel of the cold carrier on pipes of a floor, walls and a ceiling.
