Appointment

Installation is intended for the dosed filling of cylindrical polyethylene bottles with a capacity from 0,5 to 2,0 liters by vegetable oil and corkings of the filled container the screw-on caps.

Installation consists of the giving highway, the pump of the gear, frictional screwing-up device, a table, a case of management, a tank for oil.
Principle of action

The dosed product from the giving highway by means of the gear pump moves in capacity. Operation of the pump is adjusted by a timer in such a way that for operating time the required capacity (from 0,5 to 2 liters) is filled. The filled capacity manually is transferred to corking twisting. The operator puts on the screw-on stopper capacity and corking twisting of a stopper the frictional screwing-up device makes operation.

Replacement of the dosed product with the washing solution allows to make sanitary processing of installation, without removing knots and details.
