Heat exchangers for pools

At construction of pools it is necessary to consider that in pools of various type average temperature is various: in sports swimming pools - 24-26 °C, in paddling pools - 28-30 °C, in hydromassage pools of SPA - 32-38 °C. Heaters are mounted after the filtering equipment of the pool before return of water to a pool bowl. In pools and SPA pools two types of the main like flowing heaters are applied:
1. With use of a heating copper and the water-to-water heat exchanger. It is possible to use, both a copper of system of heating of the house, and a separate copper. Water-to-water heat exchangers get out of calculation: for street pools - the power of the heat exchanger of kW = to the volume of the pool ^{of m3}, for pools indoors - the power of the heat exchanger of kW = 0,7*objem the pool ^{of m3}.
2. Use of the special, flowing electric water heater: electric water heaters are intended for heating of a continuous stream of liquid. The compact design allows to make installation where not enough place. Water heaters are delivered with various combinations from an overheat. Electric water heaters get out of calculation: for street pools - the power of the heater of kW = 0,5 volumes of the pool ^{of m3}, for pools indoors - the power of the heater of kW = 0,3 volumes of the pool ^{of m3}.
For production, the water-to-water heat exchanger and the electric water heater, AISI 316 stainless steel is used, in the electric water heater the heating elements executed from INCOLOY 825 alloy are used. Also there are heaters intended to work in more hostile environment (sea water) which are manufactured of a titanic alloy or with processing of corrosion-proof threw on the NIC-TEGH technology, such processing does products steadier against corrosion (hardness on Vikkersa 800).
