The frying pan of ESK - 80 - 0,27 - 40 with a capacity of 40 l is intended for frying of products in the main way, browning of vegetables, suppression, and also a pripuskaniye of meat, fish and vegetable products at catering establishments as independently and as a part of technological lines.
