Frozen raspberries. Grade A, B, C, Crumb

Raspberry Frozen is made from fresh, ripe, and undamaged berries using IQF freezing. This way, the product retains all its vitamins and microelements.

The harvest is collected in environmentally clean regions of the western part of Ukraine. Before reaching production, the raw material undergoes all necessary laboratory analyses for the presence of pesticides or heavy metals. For us, controlling each stage of production is important; only in this way can we guarantee the quality and benefits of our product.

The first stage of raspberry processing is cleaning. After that, it is frozen at a temperature of - 35°C. We use IQF freezing technology, which allows us to preserve the taste and all the beneficial properties of the product. Three lines of mechanical and manual sorting of raw materials are used in production, as well as two optical sorters Buhler Sortex, to create the highest quality product.

Class A Raspberries (95/5) are intended for the manufacturing industry and the HoReCa segment. This berries pass through a metal detector, are cleaned mechanically and manually from impurities and leaves, rotten fruit by mechanical means and laser installations. The presence of up to 1% of unripe berries, 0.1% of leaves and up to 0.5% of green fruits per 1 kg of frozen berries is allowed.

Class B Raspberries (80/20) are best used in the processing industry. Berries of this variety pass through a metal detector, are cleaned mechanically and manually from impurities and leaves. In such frozen raspberries, all fruits are of good quality, but possible defects in shape, surface, the presence of immature fruits up to 2% , leaves and other impurities - up to 0.5% and green berries up to 1% per 1 kg of frozen products. We recommend using raspberries for the production of juices, jams or for pharmacological purposes.

Raw materials used are carefully selected, sorted and cleaned on all indicators. All products are ecologically clean and meet European standards. We guarantee and confirm the high quality with the appropriate certificates: FSSC22000 and Organic.

• We offer delivery by all convenient methods: EXW, FCA, DAP / DDP, FOB, CFR / CIF

• Recommended storage temperature of products - from 18 ° C to - 22 ° C.

• 24 months from the production date

• Repeated freezing and thawing not allowed

• Frozen berries can be packed according to customer needs: in cardboard boxes of 10 kg (in boxes of 4 bags x 2.5 kg / 2 bags x 2.5 kg) or paper bags of 20 - 25 kg, as well as PVC sacks, cardboard boxes up to 10 - 15 kg.
