Are applied to grind of fodder grain and preparation of the balanced compound feeds for farm animals and a bird on own compounding in farms. Fodder grain is sucked in by a hose in a crusher. On an entrance to the crushing camera it is established threw-kamneulovitel which separates stones and metal impurity from grain.
After crushing the product gets to the bunker mixer, by means of the air stream created by a crusher. The mixer is installed on scales with the built-in sound signal. When filling in the mixer of the set weight of each component, the sound signal is distributed that allows to dose composition of compound feed precisely. In the course of filling of the mixer in the hatch of loading the components which are not demanding crushing (bran, premixes and BMVD) are filled up. After filling of the mixer mixing of components happens no more than 15 minutes.
