- In detail
Foam concrete — the cellular concrete having porous structure at the expense of closed pores (bubbles) on all volume, received as a result of curing of the solution consisting of cement, sand, water, and frother.
In such concrete the part of a time is created by foam-forming additives. Durability of foam concrete depends on the volume weight, a look and properties of initial materials, and also on the TVO modes and humidity of concrete. Cellular concrete is made on cement knitting. Therefore it continues to gain durability still a long time. Researches of designs from not autoclave cellular concrete after 40-50 years of operation showed that they not only are suitable for further operation, but also increased the durability by 3-4 times in comparison with branded. Introduction of complex additives increases concrete durability, reduces water requirement and shrinkage when drying, raises water - and frost resistance, reduces equilibrium humidity and operational heat conductivity.
