This tensometric - screw dispenser is suitable for dosing dusty products like flour, sugar powder, cacao powder, powdered milk, and other products with a similar consistence in paper packages.
Work description:
The dispenser doses automatically a certain amount of product, the dosed weight is set preliminary. After reaching the set amount of product the dispenser changes to waiting mode and waits to get the "unload" command.
The operator puts a preliminarily prepared bag under the funnel, and pushes the pedal, while the unloading tray's cover opens up and the product falls right at the bottom of the package.
The repetition of these operations is made automatically.
