Flaps (protection of wheel arches)

Wheel niches - the most vulnerable zones of the bottom of the car, they constantly are affected from the road.

Long-term practice showed that the best, almost absolute protection for them - specially formed plastic casings which are called flaps, and sometimes, in a western way, loker.
Flaps are made both for domestic models of cars, and for foreign cars. Flaps are made of high-quality, environmentally friendly plastic. Flaps provide reliable protection of a body of the car against sanding effect and negative influence, aggressive deicing reagents. Plastic possesses lower heat conductivity, than metal therefore during the winter period of operation use of plastic flaps allows to protect wheel niches from sticking of snow and formation of frost better
Originality of a design emphasizes elegance of the car, carefully protects the corrosion-resistant coating applied on the body bottom and allows to carry out fastening of flaps in a wheel arch practically without additional fixture and drilling, without breaking a paint and varnish covering that prevents emergence of the new centers of corrosion. All technological openings on our flaps completely coincide with regular places of fastening in a wheel arch of the car. The technology of fastening of flaps on foreign cars essentially differs from fastening on the Russian cars and is developed individually for each model of the car.
Flaps are durable, have high durability and keep the set form, and also all the physicomechanical characteristics in the most severe climatic conditions (from -50 °C to + 50 °C).
