PVCPE represents a laminate of the high-quality calendered PVC, soekstrudirovanny with a polyethylene film. High transparency of PVC, and also its fine forming characteristics, in a combination to properties of a svarivayemost of a polyethylene layer provide uniqueness of a film of PVCPE as packing material. The multilayered film from PVC can be laminated by the film providing easy removal (peel-effect). Advantages of a film of PVCPE:
- High baryernost;
- High temperature endurance;
- Low temperature of welding;
- High mechanical durability and resilience to punctures;
- Dimensional stability;
- High transparency of a film provides the good review of a product
- it is suitable for welding with the top integumentary films with a welded layer of PE;
- it is suitable for welding with the top film with effect of multi peel;
- use in MGS and for a freezing.
The thermoforming film of PVCPE is used as the lower film for molding and welding with the top integumentary films when packing:
- the fresh and processed meat,
- sandwiches,
- pizzas,
- ready sauces,
- firm cheeses,
- salads …
… and many other products by means of high-speed FFS automatic machines, and also for production of ready trays on different types of the forming equipment.
Also the laminate of PVCPE found broad application in pharmaceutical packing for the bilateral blister.
