Fans are axial

Axial fans possess a number of advantages:

• the small area for installation;
• internal system of thermocontrol;
• possibility of management of rotation;
• low power of consumption of energy;
• non-failure operation of work.

  Axial fans work, as well as channel, on the engine with an external rotor. The driving wheel of the case has 5 blades for which production qualitative steel and a polymeric covering is used. The case of the axial fan from galvanized steel has the round form and on both sides is completed with assembly flanges.

  Designation of axial fans consists of an alphabetic reference of the product (IN - the fan axial), the standard size corresponding to diameter of the driving wheel, designation of a polyusnost of the engine (for example, quadripolar) and an alphabetic reference of a complete set of the engine (for example, E - single-phase coupling).

  The warranty period of use is installed not less than 18 months on axial fans.

  Production of axial fans is conducted in strict accordance with GOST 11442-90 and TU 4861-024-15185548-04.

  Environment of use of axial fans

  Fans of axial type are used for placement in the environment of inexplosive gas masses with solid impurity to 100 mg / M3 without sticky and fibrous substances. According to GOST 15150-90 operation of axial fans is possible in the conditions of a temperate climate at a temperature out of the unit no more than 40 °C.
