Extruders for barotermichesky processing grain and soy.
Can be applied as independently, and as a part of technological lines of production of compound feeds, soy cake, soy flour, full-fat extruded soy, and also in lines of production of various vegetable oils. Application of extruders allows to destroy harmful microflora, a mold, to inactivate toxins, to increase comprehensibility of forages.

It is known that the inactivation of anti-nutrients in soy results a vozdeysiviya on the crushed beans of temperature and pressure in a working path of an extruder. Degree of an inactivation of anti-nutrients, strongly depends on degree of an izmelchennost (vzorvanost) of particles of soy. Damp, unexploded particles pass a working path of an extruder and a press. In them there is an oil and moisture. Short-term temperature processing is insufficient for them. In cake we find a quantity of unexploded particles. As a result in cake we receive the lowered maintenance of a protein and the raised maslichnost, and also urease level on the verge of admissible (≥0,3 pH).
