Deep engraving

The technology consists in alternation of the engraved drawing elements with various depth, we receive a 3D volume picture with depth to 10 mm. Regulation of pressure and selection of size of particles of sand allow to receive a surface of different degree of dullness and the invoice. The technology allows performance on glass 6,8,10mm the Vitraj-Miracol Studio makes a 3D engraving of glass by a sandblasting method. We make a panel about ice illumination, 3D elements of an interior, a picture with lighting.

Tehnologia const ă în rînduirea elementelor gravate în diferite niveluri de adîncime, obținem un desen volumetric 3D,cu adîcimea de pîn ă la 10mm,aceasta poate fi socotit ă ca sculptur ă în sticl ă. Tehnologia permite executarea pe sticl ă de 6,8,10mm.Aceasta este o tehnologie profesional ă de vitraliu, ea este dezvoltat ă bine doar în America. Studioul Vitraj Miracol îndeplinește gravur ă 3D pe sticl ă prin metoda sablării. Noi folosim aceast ă tehnologie în urmatoarele direcții: îndeplinirea desenelor reliefate pe sticl ă și oglind ă, apoi iluminindu-le putem obține un desen volumetric colorat (uși glisante, mobilier, nișe). La comand ă producem panouri, elemente de interior, tablouri cu iluminare.
