Description
Electric and gas cooking vats with a capacity of 150 liters are used in kitchens where large number of liquid products prepares. They are equipped with connections of warm and cold water. The used system of mediocre heating (water jacket) provides boiling of product during till 50 min. Thanks to the installed automatic monitoring system and adjustments of pressure, and also water level in mezhjyomkostny space, these devices carry out all standards of safety.
Smooth adjustment of power allows to manage intensity of cooking, and to thereby save energy. The installed 1,5-inch draw-off valve provides light emptying of capacity.
