Drying Universal Chamber DNR - D - 100 is designed for industrial drying / drying, as well as drying any kind of vegetables, fruits, herbs, medicinal plants, wild plants (mushrooms, berries), as well as, in a special configuration for drying and drying fish and seafood (fish snacks from any type of fish fillet, shrimp, whole fish), production of fruit (for example, apple) chips, fruit bars, croutons and any bread snacks and other food products in enterprises engaged in the processing of agricultural and food products.
Also, the chamber provides for the drying of liquid products in a thin layer using solid trays (eg marshmallows).
OPERATING PRINCIPLE - CONVECTIVE
The uniformity of the distribution of environmental parameters over the volume of the product is created due to the operation of circulating fans that provide continuous airflow to the product. The chamber is also equipped with a louver system that evenly distributes air flows when blowing horizontally through the product.
