Self-locking electromechanical drives for automation of retractable gate weighing up to 1200 kg.
|The microprocessor logic provides a wide set of the specialized functions of management meeting requirements of the most exacting customer. Thanks to the built-in installation all installation works and electric connections significantly become simpler. For additional protection against adverse external effects the electronic payment is closed by a plastic cap.
Safety of work of gate is realized by means of the electronic coder which is included in the standard package constantly controlling the movement of a shutter and providing its stop or reverse motion in the presence of an obstacle. Besides, the reader allows to activate the modes of a smooth stop of gate at end of cycles of opening and closing.
The self-locking reducer guarantees locking of gate, excepting need of installation of additional locks. On a case of lack of tension in the power supply network for opening of gate manually, the practical handle of an unblocking opening a personal key is provided.
|Position of the drive of rather assembly basis is regulated by steel hairpins in six points. The extended form of grooves under anchor bolts allows to change the area of contact of the leading gear wheel with a gear lath of gate. Thus, absolute stability and lack of vibrations in system is reached.
Free rotation of the leading shaft of a reducer is provided with use of radial rolling bearings. For reduction of friction and consequently, heating and wear of details, the worm screw and an intermediate gear wheel are made, respectively, of steel and bronze that significantly increases drive efficiency.
On the gate automated by drives with mechanical trailer switches, frost on a gear lath, formed at adverse weather conditions, can cause the shift of provisions of a stop of gate. Similar accidents are excluded for the models of the R30 series equipped with magnetic kontsevika. Permanent magnets absolutely reliably and precisely position extreme points of the course of a shutter.
