The electronic weighing dispenser "DZ - 50" is suitable for dosing bulk products (rice, sunflower seeds, cereals, wood pellets, etc. ) in bags with an open top.
Work description:
The dispenser doses automatically a certain amount of product, the dosed weight is set preliminary. After reaching the set amount of product the dispenser changes to waiting mode and waits to get the "unload" command.
The operator puts a preliminarily prepared bag under the funnel, and pushes the pedal, while the unloading tray's cover opens up and the product falls right at the bottom of the package.
One dosing cycle is executed in approximately 20 seconds.
