Description
Vinegar represents weak water solution of acetic acid (6-12). It is received at ethanol oxidation by acetic bacteria or at dilution by water of acetic essence.
The main raw materials for production of spirit vinegar - crude alcohol from grain, potatoes or their mix, the rectified grade alcohol I. For production of fruit vinegar use dry fruit and berry wine materials.
