Diesel steam generator PG - 1000 is designed to work in conjunction with a concrete plant, performs the following functions:
- heating of inert sand, crushed stone in RBU bunkers
- concrete plant heating
- water heating at a concrete plant in the production of concrete.
The steam generator PG - 1000 for RBU produces steam using a steam generator, processing diesel fuel.
It is operated mainly in cold weather, for warming up sand, crushed stone, ASG and other inert ones. Steam is supplied for heating the dosing complexes of the DC RBU, which makes it possible to heat the bulk products.
Liquid fuel makes it easy to start the RBU steam generator in any frost and reach the rated steam production capacity.
The PG1000 steam generator is a block box containing equipment: a steam boiler on a frame, a burner, pumps, a water treatment system, and an automation system.
The PG - 1000 steam generator is equipped with a Baltur TBL 85 P diesel burner (Italy). Optionally, the steam generator is equipped with a gas burner.
All pumping equipment installed on the Calpeda steam generator (Italy). An additional backup pump Calpeda (Italy) is also installed in the basic configuration.
For more reliable operation with various types of water, a water treatment system with a magnetizer is already installed in the basic configuration.
For the operation of the steam generator with a concrete plant, it is necessary to connect electricity to 380 volts and water supply. In case of an emergency shutdown of the RBU or a planned shutdown for several days, it is not required to drain the water from the steam generator.
Внутри блок - бокса установлена "тепловая пушка" для обогрева ПГ перед запуском или на время простоя. Так же тепловая пушка может использоваться для аварийного отогрева парогенератора или трубопровода.
Парогенератор ПГ - 1000 уже готов к работе и не требует проведения пуско - наладочных работ и полностью готов к работ.
Парогенераторы ПГ - 1000 не подлежат регистрации в органах Ростехназора, т. к. рабочее давление парогенератора менее 0,07 МПа.
