Description
The technology of dekolirovaniye is one of the most popular technologies of drawing the image on products from ceramics, glasses, porcelain.

By means of dekolirovaniye make mugs, glasses, plates, bottles, ashtrays, etc.

The technology of dekolirovaniye favourably differs from other technologies of drawing in special resistance to abrasion (processing in the dishwasher is possible) and allows to apply the image practically on all surface of product.

Dekol (Decal) - technology of drawing the image on ceramic or glass products. The image is transferred to ceramics from paper basis, and then fixed by high-temperature roasting. The image is applied to paper basis by ways of silk-screen printing or offset printing. [
Now the technology of offset way of production of dekola has already departed as the required thickness of layer of ceramic-based paints at the press is not reached. But it was succeeded by systems of special laser color printers for the press dekoly. But still these printers are very expensive, expendables too and are expected only production of dekoly porcelain temperature of roasting. For glass calcination temperature such cars are not calculated.

The technology of dekolirovaniye is one of the most popular technologies of drawing the image on products from ceramics, glasses, porcelain, and the press of dekola is difficult, labor-intensive process with complex system of preprinting preparation.
Besides, there are still combined manufacturing techniques not calcination dekoly for drawing on tree, plastics and other surfaces. The method of silk-screen printing, laser or inkjet printing is combined. For example, such ways make dekol for those who makes models, or decorates cars.
The first stage of dekolirovaniye is transfer of the image from paper basis on ceramic surface. The gummed paper covered with gelatinous or dekstrinovy layer for the best department of the image acts as basis. The image on dekolny paper is created by method of silk-screen printing or the press on the ceramic printer. On paper the image which is varnished afterwards by colloid dekolny varnish and is transferred to ceramics (or enamel) as transfer forms. After roasting in the muffle furnace the ceramic-based paint vpekatsya in glaze surface, providing long-lasting photoceramics.
At dekolirovaniye the special type of paints including composition of organic and inorganic compounds is used. In the course of high-temperature roasting organic components completely burn down, and inorganic dyes are fixed in top ply of ceramic surface.
