The copper pishchevarochny stationary KPEM - 250P is intended for preparation of broths, the third dishes, water boiling. Are used at catering establishments independently or as a part of technological lines. Work from the EXTERNAL STEAM GENERATOR!
The volume of a copper makes 250 liters. Heating is carried out by supply of steam from the external steam generator in "a steam - and - water shirt". Two safety valves - from excessive pressure over 0,5 kg/cm? and from the lowered pressure less than 0,02 kg/cm? . The discharge of a ready - made product is made by the crane on the front panel. The convenient handle of a cover of a copper is fixed in any situation.
The case, bowl of a copper and "steam - and - water shirt" are made of stainless steel.
The copper works from the EXTERNAL STEAM GENERATOR! Usually the external source of steam is meant as the central steam line (from a boiler room). But any steam generator which has to produce steam in quantity can be used: 160P - 40 of kg / ch - 250P - 55 of kg / ch - 400P - 60 of kg/h with an excessive pressure not less than 0,4 kgfs/cm2 no more than 0,5 kgfs/cm2. If excessive pressure more than 0,5 kgfs/cm2, then between a copper and the bringing steam route is established the reducing valve which is adjusted on pressure of 0,5 kgfs/cm2.
