The copper pishchevarochny electric with functions of capsizing, hashing and cooling of KPEM - 250OM is intended for preparation of broths, sauces, desserts, the second and third courses. Products can prepare both with hashing, and without hashing.
The copper is equipped with the simple and logical panel of program control which allows to set all parameters of cooking. KPEM - 250 of OHMS allows to cook, mix and cool. The mixer of the mixer has smooth adjustment of speed of rotation from 0 to 120 revolutions per minute, and also function of a reverse that allows to make hashing and beating practically of all products. Also this copper is equipped with the drain crane allowing to make discharge of a ready - made product without capsizing.
The possibility of adjustment of temperature of "a steam - and - water shirt" in the range of 20 - 120 degrees is important.
The copper has five operating modes: "Heating" (cooking), "Cooling", "Forward", "Forward with a pause", "Forward/back". The last three modes characterize operation of the mixer and join if necessary:
- "Forward" - continuous rotation of the mixer in one party with the set angular speed -
- "Forward with a pause" - rotation of the mixer in one party with the set angular speed with recurrence: 10 about rotation / 5 with a stop -
- "Forward/back" - rotation of the mixer in both parties with the set angular speed with recurrence: 10 about rotation in one party / 5 with a stop / 10 from rotation in other party. Function of cooling of contents of a copper is carried out by cooling of "a steam - and - water shirt" with cold flowing water.
Cooling of contents of a copper happens up to the set temperature. The discharge of a ready - made product happens by capsizing of a cooking vessel by means of the electric drive, use of the drain crane is also possible.
For hygienic cleaning of a vessel 70 are supplied with the dushiruyushchy device.
