Warranty repair of conditioners is not made if:
— misuse of climatic equipment is the reason of breakage;
— the system was exposed to repair or service by not certified organization;
— the equipment failed as a result of sharp difference of tension;
— the malfunction which entailed repair of the conditioner is caused by a contamination of systems of a drainage, air filters, and also radiators;
— the equipment did not pass regular service by experts.
