Description
The complex measuring the UPN - 100 type is intended for pumping and the accounting of oil products on oil depots, in technological oil pipelines and other objects where under the terms of operation application of these installations is possible.
Complexes are made in climatic modification At, category of placement 1 on GOST15150, for work at an air temperature from minus 40 to plus 50 0C and relative humidity from 30 to 100% .
Components of complexes are made in explosion - proof execution and correspond to operation regarding requirements of explosion protection.

Device and work
The principle of action of a complex is based on pumping of oil products by means of the electric pump. Oil product, passing through the FZhU - 100 filter, it is cleared of mechanical impurity and further passes through the PPV - 100 liquid counter. For management of an expense, the complex is equipped with the valve the splitter which works in two modes: in the mode of the maximum opening, and also in the mode of decrease in an expense at the end of pumping for more exact cutting off of the set dose, decrease in an expense at the end of pumping reduces hydroblow. For simple pumping of oil products (without taking into account) the bypass line is provided in a complex. For the account and pumping of oil product without cutting off of concrete volume of liquid on a complex the liquid dose is set, obviously it is more, than the planned volume of the pumped - over oil product.
