"Granular caviar of sturgeon fishes not pasteurized CLASSIC" is the caviar with a light aroma, a gentle consistence and a magnificent bouquet of taste which passed the minimum processing - the ambassador.
"Granular caviar of sturgeon fishes the pasteurized MALOSSOL" in addition is exposed to the sparing thermal treatment - pasteurization that allows to prolong considerably an expiration date, keeping at the same time its delicate aroma and unsurpassed taste.
"Pressed caviar of sturgeon fishes" is the caviar having the richest saturated taste and natural aroma. Our pressed caviar has equal, soft, gentle light-salted taste and a peculiar delicate aroma.
All caviar production is packed under vacuum that gives the chance to keep unique aroma and faultless taste of natural sturgeon roe.
Packing of caviar production is made in tin, glass and a crystal jar from 10 to 1000 grams.
