Case zharochny gas ShZhG-1

The gas cabinet oven of the ShZhG - 1 type is intended for frying of semi - finished products from meat, fish, vegetables, baking of melkoshtuchny flour products and roasting of cottage cheese dishes at catering establishments independently or as a part of technological lines.

The oven has three enameled baking sheets of 530х470х30 mm. The product has smooth adjustment of temperature in a zharochny case in the range of 100 - 280 Pages. Nagrev is carried out by the torch which is evenly distributing heat in volume of the cabinet oven. The product has colored a support, side both back walls and the enameled oven. The case has
the legs regulated on height.
