Annually millions of fulfilled cartridges are around the world dumped. It is all the same that to throw out the lowered car tires which in a fine status, almost new, but needing only small swapping.

The marketing policy of the leading world firms making inkjet printers is that the price of the printer is rather low, but the cost of a cartridge is quite essential that it directly influences the cost of the appearing copy. Most of vendors of inkjet printers do not advertize a possibility of repeated use of cartridges. They for obvious reasons are interested in sale of original expendables.
