Cars of cleaning of MOO-1 and MOO-1-01 vegetables

Are intended for cleaning of potatoes and root crops (beet, carrots) of a peel at catering establishments.

• Cars of cleaning of MOO - 1 vegetables are made according to requirements of the STB ISO 9001: 2001 standard, have Belarusian (the first party, the second party) and Russian certificates of conformity and the certificate of the state hygienic registration

• Productivity is checked at 90% of completely peeled potatoes. Cleared is considered the tuber at which the peel remains in deepenings, and on other surface of a tuber there are no more than three sites with a peel which the largest size from 1 to 3 mm.
• Operation of the machine is based on removal of a peel from potatoes and other root crops by mechanical influence of the clearing workers of bodies.
• Process of cleaning consists in mechanical impact on a product of working bodies (a bowl of the abrasive and internal camera with openings) and waters.
• Alburnum is removed through openings at the bottom of the car on a drain hose in the sewerage directly or via the filter settler acquired by the consumer separately.
• Turning on of the machine is made by pressing of the button " - Start - up" - then water joins, through a cover in a funnel previously washed up product is loaded. Extent of cleaning is defined visually. After cleaning follows, without switching off the car, to cut off water supply, to open a door, and a product, under the influence of centrifugal force it will be unloaded on a tray in the prepared capacity. The cleared product is exposed to a dochistka (removal " - eyes" - and the remained peel) manually.
• The installation site of the car has to guarantee safety and provide convenience of work at its operation and maintenance, and also has to meet sanitary standards, requirements of fire safety and safety measures.
