Biodin of 10 1-5 g on 1 kg. masses. Dry hygroscopic powder, possesses property of free flowability, without foreign inclusions. Formation of the lumps which are scattered when pressing is allowed.
It is applied by production of the emulsified sausage goods for the purpose of creation of elastic consistence, increase of density and kusayemost, prevention of bouillon fat pockets, increase in exit of finished goods. Level of hydration 1:80. Is suitable for preparation of brines. It is recommended to apply at development of delicacies, vetchin and semi-finished products. It is used also by production of half-smoked sausages for consolidation of structure in number of 0,3 - 0,5kg on 100 kg of forcemeat.
