Belts maple are intended for transfer of the movement from an engine shaft to units of cars of tractors and combines.
Depending on the applied materials maple belts can be made two classes: 1-s polyamide kordshnur, 2-s polyester kordshnur.

1. stretching layer (rubber layer)
2. elastic layer (rubber)
3. the bearing layer (kordshnur for maple belts of a kordshnurovy design)
4. the bearing layer (a fabric framework for belts of a kordtkanevy design)
5. a compression layer (consists of rubber)
6. wrapper

Temperature interval of working capacity in the environment of air (out of a motor compartment):
1.dlya with temperate and tropical climate, from - 50C to + 60C on condition of preliminary warming up of the engine before start, at a temperature minus 30C is lower than areas, at the same time temperature under a cowl in a zone of an arrangement of a belt has to be no more than 80C.
2.dlya areas with cold and very frigid climate from + 40C to - 60C.

Depending on a ratio of width and height belts are issued two types: I-of narrow sections, II normal sections

Maple belts consist of the bearing layer on the basis of kordshnur from chemical fibers, rubber and wrapping fabric.
