Bearings for farm vehicles

Symbols of bearings:
The symbol of bearings consists of the main and additional designation and is determined by the following signs:
- The first two signs designate the internal diameter of the bearing
- The third sign - a series of diameters
- The fourth sign - bearing type
- The fifth, sixth sign - a constructive version
- The seventh sign - a series of width
The order of counting of figures in a symbol of bearings is conducted from right to left.
The order of an arrangement of signs of a symbol is specified in the following schemes:


1) Bearings with an internal diameter up to 10 mm, excepting bearings with an internal diameter of 0,6; 1,5; 2,5 mm:



Designation of internal diameter:
- The internal diameters from 1 to 9 mm expressed by an integer are designated by the figure equal to nominal diameter.
- Internal diameters 10, 12, 15, 17 mm - are designated respectively by figures 00, 01, 02, 03.
- Internal diameters from 20 to 495 mm, multiple 5, - are designated by the two-place figures received from division of nominal diameter on 5.
- Internal diameters equal 0,6; 1,5; 2,5; 22; 28; 32 mm, and also from 500 to 2000 mm, - the number equal to nominal diameter separated by a fraction sign from other signs of the main symbol, for example, 7601/2,5; 10078/850.
- If internal diameter fractional number in the range up to 10 mm, then is appropriated to it a sign of designation of the next integer, at the same time on the second place of the main designation figure 5 is put.
- If internal diameter in the range of 10... 19 mm differ from 10, 12, 15 and 17 mm, designation of the closest of the specified diameters is appropriated to it, at the same time on the third place of the main designation figure 9 is put.
- The internal diameters from 20 to 495 mm expressed by fraction or an integer, but not multiple 5 are designated by the whole confidant private from division of value of diameter on 5. In a symbol of such bearings on the third place figure 9 is put.
