Description
Barley grits turn out by crushing of the barley kernel exempted from a cover (if to crush pearl barley, then barley grits will turn out). As well as pearl barley, yachnevy also contains a lot of cellulose therefore its comprehensibility small. Protein of barley is more valuable on amino-acid structure, than protein of wheat. It is used for preparation of porridges and gruels.
