Barley from AGROSFERA-BM - Moldova

the rupa is received from barley by removal of flower films, partially fruit and seed covers and a germ. Barley grits - with obligatory crushing and grinding, pearl barley - grinding and polishing. Depending on a way of processing and the size of grains, barley grain is divided into the following types and numbers: yachnevy No. No. 1, 2, 3 and pearl-barley No. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Grain on quality and safety has to conform to requirements of GOST 5784-60 "Grain barley. Specifications".

Indicators of quality of barley grain of all types and numbers are: humidity, color, smell, taste, number of grain, maintenance of a good-quality kernel, weed impurity, muchka.

Treat indicators of safety: contamination wreckers of grain stocks and content of metallomagnetic impurity. In barley grain contamination by wreckers of grain stocks and metallomagnetic impurity more than 3,0 mg on 1 kg is not allowed. The size of separate particles of metallomagnetic impurity in the greatest linear measurement should not exceed 0,3 mm, and the mass of its separate grains - 0,4 mg.

Grain has to be stored in the dry, well ventilated, not infected with wreckers grain stocks, warehouses with observance of health regulations. Period of storage of barley grain in accordance with GOST 26791-89 "Grain processing products. Packing, marking, transportation and storage" makes: yachnevy 15 months, pearl-barley - 18 months.

Marking of each tare place of grain has to contain the data characterizing production: trademark and (or) name of manufacturer, its location, name of a product (look, grade and number), net weight (kg), date of development and number of change of packing, term and storage conditions, designation of the standard or another n.t.d., information on nutrition and power value.
