FEATURES
Scales do not demand the special base and are established on a horizontal paving (asphalt, concrete) or reinforced concrete plates for a covering of roads or on continuous reinforced concrete plates. The cargo reception part of scales consists from: - a folding frame with four ramps for arrival of the car (is established on a roadbed); - a cargo reception platform (gathers from the cross beams and six-meter metal modules imitating a road train track); Thanks to an original design the weight of one module, at overall dimensions of 5,5х1,2 m makes 900.00 kg that allows to deliver easily scales to the CUSTOMER standard freight vehicles. Installation / dismantle of scales can be made not only the truck crane, but also a loader. It is recommended for application at the enterprises with average service conditions, such as: mills, production sites, prodbaza, warehouses etc. The full cycle of installation of scales makes 3-5 days.
FUNCTIONALITY
The electronic indicator MERAV 2000 block has the RS 232 interface for connection to the personal computer.
If necessary to operate traffic lights, barriers, by mechanisms of loading and other additional equipment in the automatic mode use the weight measuring MERAV 3001 controller calculated for work as a part of various weight systems on the basis of automobile scales.
Automatic installation of zero is provided in all types of scales. For streamlining of control of passing of the freights transported by motor transport through weight scales are equipped: the special software on the personal computer, with a possibility of control under concrete requirements of the CUSTOMER.
