Bench installation "Monicor - Stand - A" is designed for corrosion - metric testing of samples of various metals and corrosion inhibitors in an aqueous medium with automatic maintenance during the entire experiment of the most important parameters of the working medium from the point of view of corrosion: flow rate (shear stress), temperature, content of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen. The stand installation works under the control of a computer SCADA - system. LPR corrosion rate, CMAS corrosion rate, pH value, corrosive gas content, flow rate, temperature, liquid levels, pressure, valve positions are recorded and displayed on a computer screen in real time. Also during the test, the corrosion rate of flat samples is determined by weight loss. The stand controller has the ability to connect new sensors that have a current output or RS - 485 via the MODBUS RTU protocol. The unit is also available in a version for studying corrosion erosion (shown below in the form of a 3D model), it is distinguished by the presence of an additional pump for pumping the suspension and a different form of buffer tank.
