Tuttnauer steam sterilizers are designed for long service life. The autoclave has an electronic control unit 5 and can perform five - automatic programs depending on the sterilizable material and two further test program. Feeding hot steam into the chamber performs the integrated steam generator equipped tubular immersion heaters. Vacuum pump sterilizer operates according to a special program with mandatory preliminary rarefaction pressure in the sterilization chamber at the beginning of the cycle, that maximizes the elimination of air pockets as in the chamber and in the porous material, and instruments with internal cavities. The door of the autoclave is equipped with two locks, which reliably protects against opening under pressure chamber. The water supply to the steam generator carried by the container with distilled water or water with no mineral content by the water pump and solenoid valve. Drainage system allows you to quickly free up the tank with water.
