In what cases the real estate assessment is necessary:

when crediting on the security of real estate objects;

upon purchase of real estate in a mortgage;

at determination of cost of incomplete construction;

at introduction of real estate as a contribution to authorized capital;

when restructuring the enterprise (merge, elimination, division, absorption, allocation, etc.)

at the conclusion of any transactions with real estate: purchase and sale, donation, rent, rent, exchange, inheritance;

in need of privatization of real estate;

at the solution of receivership proceeding;

at an assessment of the enterprise as complete property complex;

at determination of market value of the enterprise for the purpose of attraction of financial and real investments;

at an assessment of efficiency of investment projects and development of investment strategy;

when calculating tax base for determination of the size of a real estate tax
