Analysis and monitoring of investment projects

The analysis and monitoring of realization of implementation of investment projects, is the basic analysis in design management. Realization of any of formats of the investment project demands detailed maintenance and monitoring of its main (key) stages of introduction and acceptance of necessary corresponding adjustments at deviations.
Incorrectly organized mechanisms of monitoring of the project can lead to irreversible critical consequences for its effective realization, and respectively to real financial loss for the Investor.

At a development stage of the main economical models of the project and their bindings to the resource centers, allows to carry out methodological development of control indicators of efficiency at all stages of realization. The correct and fulfilled estimated analysis will allow to reveal risks of the project at early stages and to adopt the program of their leveling in the project.
To underestimate the importance of this direction of actions in design management can bring even the steadiest project to a crisis state that will inevitably demand an unplanned resource and failure by the term of the project and a possibility of its realization in general.
