Akatsiyevy (May) honey is called "monoflower" honey.
Color: usually has very light shade, from colourless to yellow or pale yellow, from honeycombs.
Taste and smell: taste is unique, very pleasant with a specific smell of an acacia.
It is a liquid type of honey which thanks to lower content of sucrose, crystallizes more slowly, in 1-2 years.
Structure
B1, B2, B6, B12 vitamins, enzymes, flavona, vegetable hormones, organic acids (dairy, oxalic, lemon, apple), a dextrin, flavonoids, aromatic connections, etc. are a part honey of an acacia.
Akatsiyevy honey is one of the most fragrant and tasty as it has higher content of fructose, than at other grades.
This type of honey is acquired by an organism easier than all.
